Roll Stands - J-Stack

PTi’s J-stack design permits close approach die to nip point arrangement while ordering increased roll wrap for extended cooling requirements (up to 25 % more wrap). This design is well suited for both low melt strength applications as well as thick sheet requirements due to its unique geometry.

* Model J841830 J - designation refers to J stack arrangement, followed by 84 as the roll face width (84”/2100mm), then 18 as the first roll diameter (18”/450mm) and finally 30 as the middle and upper roll diameters (30”/760mm)
