Shears/Stackers

PTi provides a selection of inline shears and stacking systems designed to effectively accommodate a comprehensive range of cut sheet production applications. These systems include fork style stackers with indexing tables; robotic style stackers (single or dual station); and H-frame suction cup style stackers for unidirectional stacking.

Heavy gauge sheet system features hump style conveyor leading into the shear for precision cut to length performance.

Multi-position turret style winder for dual lane winding equipped with dual arms for unloading wound rolls (2-up winding)

 

Sheet accumulators provide a safe method of handling webs at ‘0’ speed or slowed to a reduced speed
