PTi’s vertical roll stand designs are ideal for a variety of sheet applications.  It represents a versatile design that is well suited for most sheet applications including thin thru thick gauges and medium thru wide sheet widths.  This design can also accommodate a variety of melt strength conditions.

Back side of a full length sheet take-off system featuring a telescoping conveyor shown fully extended in the running position. This feature permits system retraction with pull roll unit remaining fixed such that downstream devices can be installed in a stationary position.

 

System configured for CE compliance and features a rear positioned lamination capability station for the production of barrier laminated sheet materials.
