Cantilevered Winders
Common in the industry, the cantilevered winder is typically used for sheet widths of 60" and below, with a roll diameter of 40" or less. It is ideal for rolls that are being stored or palleted. It offers a cost-effective approach and ease of use as the shaft does not need to be manually handled/lifted. Rolls are removed with a manual lift cart.
Supported Cantilevered Winders
Similar to the cantilevered winder, but with an end supported cart design, the supported cantilever winder allows capability to wind widths up to 84" (2130mm) and diameters up to 48" (1220mm). Features push button roll stock unloading.
