These extruders offers high overall system outputs while occupying a very small machinery footprint, truly a High Density Manufacturing Solution! These rates are achieved with advanced screw designs and speeds of over 1,000rpm.
SUPER-G® HighSPEED™ Extruders are offered in SGHS3000-36D and SGHS3500-36D models, is suitable for processing of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and polystyrene (PS) in the packaging industry. The extruders come with carbide-lined barrels and bi-metallic hard-faced feed screws for added wear protection.
