PTi Says Farewell to One of Their Own

PTi says farewell to one of their own. David Dorosa, VP of Control Technology, has officially retired from PTi. Having a combined 44 years of electrical engineering and managerial experience, 19 of which was served at PTi, Dave has been instrumental in a variety of areas, serving as a department head and mentor. His extensive knowledge in controls development, design and implementation has greatly contributed to PTi’s methods and equipment of which our customers depend on daily. Additionally, Dave extended his knowledge and support beyond the realm of PTi, serving as a volunteer member of ANSI/ Plastic committees concerning Plastics Machinery - Safety Requirements for Extrusion Machines and Safety Requirements for Plastic Sheet Production Machinery.Dave has graciously agreed to serve PTi in a consultative capacity, assisting the electrical engineering department when needed. We greatly appreciate his wisdom and unequalled support during this transitionary phase from career to retirement.We not only thank him for his years of service, dedication to the trade, employees and company, but wish him the best in all his new adventures.
