Roll Stand Models
PTi offers several unique roll stand configurations that are used to produce thin thru thick sheet gauges (0.008 - 1.000"/0.20 - 25mm) at narrow thru wide sheet widths (24 - 144"/600 - 3660mm). G-SERIES® roll stands feature linear bearing guided roll actuation with direct acting cylinders positioned on roll shaft centers. G-SERIES® roll stands are available in a vertical, horizontal, J-stack and inverted J-stack arrangement.
All PTi roll stands use hydraulic roll actuation. AUTOGAP™ is a digital servo hydraulic roll gap positioning option with a repeatability tolerance of less than 0.0005" (0.013mm) is available.
