Description

We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated individual for the position of Manufacturing Electrical Supervisor. The Manufacturing Electrical Supervisor will direct production personnel in the electrical department building control enclosures and performing machine wiring. This position is responsible for establishing departmental priorities, forecasting department labor requirements, and implementing daily schedules to meet the scheduling goals of multiple projects. This person must demonstrate effective coaching, decision making, and team building skills. The Electrical Supervisor works with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure compliance with Manufacturing procedures and Engineering instructions/ standards. The Manufacturing Electrical Supervisor is also responsible for materials planning, developing and implementing quality standards, performance appraisals, as well as administering established safety rules and housekeeping practices.

This is a 'hands-on' position that will require work in the production plant.

Requirements

Processing Technologies, LLC (PTi) is located in Aurora, IL near I-88 and 59.

Candidates must possess a BS in an engineering field or relevant experience with 2-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in a fast paced machine building environment.

Experience with MRP/ERP software (M2M used here) is desired. Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and demonstrated electrical abilities including the ability to read electrical schematics, possess a working knowledge of machine control panel assembly and machine wiring.
