Cantilevered Winders
Common in the industry, the cantilevered winder is typically used for sheet widths of 60" and below, with a roll diameter of 40" or less. It is ideal for rolls that are being stored or palleted. It offers a cost-effective approach and ease of use as the shaft does not need to be manually handled/lifted. Rolls are removed with a manual lift cart.
Supported Cantilevered Winders
PTi Supported Cantilevered Winders feature an end-supported cart design for larger applications, accommodating sheet widths up to 84" (2130 mm) and roll diameters up to 48" (1220 mm). Push-button roll unloading further simplifies finished-roll handling.
