Automatic Turret Winders
PTi Automatic Turret Winders are designed for high-production applications where efficient, automatic roll changeover is required. As a wound roll approaches its specified diameter, the turret automatically indexes, cuts the sheet and transfers the web to an empty core to support continuous production.
Automated shaft extraction and finished-roll removal further streamline the winding process, reducing operator involvement and improving downstream efficiency.
