Field Service Technician -Mechanic/Electrical Heavy Machine Assembly

Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service individual to work in our manufacturing department building high-quality precision industrial machinery. The successful candidate will be required to be able to work from electrical and mechanical drawings, rig and assemble large close tolerance parts, route piping and tubing. They will also be required to be able to build control panels from schematics, run electrical pipe on machinery and wire controls including large DC drives and high voltage power components.

This position will also require some travel to sites to support mechanical and electrical installation tasks and system trouble shooting.

Prior experience in customer service is a plus

Requirements

Successful candidates must have: 

• • 3-5 years’ relevant experience
  • Must have a full set of tools

Reports

This position reports to the Aftermarket Service Manager.
